Chinmaya Kumar Panda
Chinmaya led the frontend and backend integration of the entire platform. From creating all 14 health forms using Ninja Forms to building the user dashboard and report generation, he ensured smooth user interaction and system functionality.

Ranjan Gouda
Ranjan worked alongside Chinmaya to structure the website layout and user flow. He helped connect form inputs to meaningful output pages and optimized the form responsiveness for desktop and mobile.

Nilanchala Nahak
Nilanchala is Specialized in form creation and data capture logic. Ensured all health parameters were properly calculated and displayed for user-friendly outputs.

Bedprakash Patnayk
Bedprakash handled data modeling and structuring. He cleaned and prepared the dataset for analysis, and helped define the logic behind BMI, WHR, and risk scoring used throughout the system.

Mandakini Parida
Mandakini was in charge of data processing and machine learning logic. She worked on training the model, improving accuracy, and aligning input-output formats for meaningful predictions.​

Laxminarayan led the sensor integration module.He connected and tested sensors like Pulse, ECG, and DS18B20 with Arduino Uno, ensuring accurate health data collection and mapping it for manual entry into the system.
