Questionary Data Form 5

Family history impacts cardiovascular health by increasing genetic predisposition to conditions like hypertension, cholesterol imbalance, and heart disease. Inherited risk factors such as genetic mutations, lifestyle habits, and shared environmental exposures can heighten an individual’s susceptibility to cardiovascular problems.
High cholesterol can lead to plaque buildup in arteries, narrowing and hardening them, increasing the risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, and peripheral artery disease. It can also trigger heart attacks and worsen existing cardiovascular conditions.
